Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment to the Form 3 filed on August 10, 2017 (the "Original Form 3") is made solely to correct the Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned in Table 1. The calculation error in the Original Form 3 carried over to three subsequent Form 4's (the "Subsequent Form 4's") filed by the reporting person. All other information in the Original Form 3 and Subsequent Form 4's remains the same.
