1. Alhaji Murhi Busari, is the indirect beneficial owner of the 116,108,833 shares of common stock held by Oltasho Nigeria Limited due to his position as Chairman of Oltasho Nigeria Limited. Alhaji Murhi Busari, is the indirect beneficial owner of the 1,515,927 shares of common stock held by Latmol Investment Limited due to his position as Chairman of Latmol Investment Limited. Mr. Busari disclaims beneficial ownership of any of the shares held by Oltasho Nigeria Limited or Latmol Investment Limited, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein. Oltasho Nigeria Limited and Latmol Investment Limited are party to a voting agreement with Dr. Kase Lawal, pursuant to which Mr. Lawal holds voting rights to the shares held by such entities.
