Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of October 31, 2017, with respect to BANK 2017-BNK7. The purpose of this amendment is to file a conforming executed version of the pooling and servicing agreement previously filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K, governing the servicing and administration of the Moffett Place B4 Whole Loan. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the change described above. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K dated and filed as of September 28, 2017.
