On May 16, 2022, Ra Medical Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2022. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 10, 2022, Andrew Jackson notified Ra Medical Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will resign as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, effective May 25, 2022. Mr. Jackson’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its Board of Directors or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company expects to enter into a Separation Agreement with Mr. Jackson, the terms of which have not yet been finalized.
