Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 15, 2018, First Choice Bancorp (the “Company”) announced a record high donation amount of $111,600 was raised from its 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament that was hosted at Industry Hills Golf Club near Los Angeles on October 25, 2018. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished pursuant to this Item 8.01.
