Item. 8.01 Other Events
On November 30, 2020, First Choice Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCBP), the holding company for First Choice Bank, issued a press release announcing that members of its executive management team will participate in the Raymond James Virtual Emerging Bank Symposium on December 1, 2020. During the conference, the Company’s executive management team plans to hold a series of meetings with institutional investors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
