In this Current Report on Form 8-K, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Industrial Logistics Properties Trust.
Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 7, 2020, Laura A. Wilkin resigned as an Independent Trustee of our Board of Trustees, effective immediately. Ms. Wilkin advised the Board that the reason for her resignation was to accept an executive position at another public company whose policies do not permit her to continue to serve as a member of our Board and was not the result of any disagreement with us, our management or the Board on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
As a result of Ms. Wilkin’s resignation, the Board intends to reduce the size of the Board from seven to six Trustees.
