MATERIAL INFORMATION
Corporación América Airports S.A. (NYSE: CAAP), (“CAAP” or the “Company”) the largest private sector airport operator based on the number of airports under management announced today the extension of the Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 Concession for 10 years until 2038.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on December 17, 2020, the presidential decree issued in connection with the extension and other relevant documents are attached as exhibit to this Report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
