Corporación América Airports S.A. (the “Company”) announces that its annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) is to be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. (Luxembourg time). The Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office located at 128, Boulevard de la Pétrusse, L-2330 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in accordance with article 11.2 of the articles of association of the Company.
The record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the Meeting is April 21, 2023. The Convening Notice to the Meeting and the proxy card for use in connection with the Meeting are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
