On December 4, 2019, Regalwood Global Energy Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has determined to redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of December 16, 2019, because the Company will not be able to consummate an initial business combination within the time period required by its amended and restated memorandum and articles of association.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
