Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 1, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 3 which mistakenly reported that she directly owns 250,000 shares of the issuer's common stock. As reported in this amendment, the reporting person indirectly owns the 250,000 shares of the issuer's common stock through her family trust. The error with respect to the nature of the reporting person's ownership was carried forward in one subsequent Form 4.
