One share of Issuer Class B Common Stock, which confers only voting rights, was forfeited and cancelled, on a one-for-one basis, without consideration, upon the redemption of the Common Units in exchange for the Class A Common Stock. The Common Units are redeemable at any time, at the election of the reporting person, and have no expiration date. |
