Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K is a press release issued by Kaleyra, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on December 17, 2019 regarding its intention to commence an exchange offer relating to its outstanding warrants (the “Press Release”).
