2. Represents shares held directly by The I. Schor IRRV Trust, an irrevocable family trust having an independent trustee.

3. Represents shares held directly by The C. Schor IRRV Trust, an irrevocable family trust having an independent trustee.

Remarks:

The number of securities beneficially owned as reported in each column (5) reflects ownership as of the date of this filing based on available records of the Reporting Person and other information provided to the Issuer and reflects the correct allocation of the Reporting Person's shares among various accounts. Prior Form 4 filings made by the Reporting Person on October 2, 2023 and January 24, 2024 inadvertently overstated the aggregate number of securities beneficially owned by Reporting Person by 43,469 shares. The Reporting Person has corrected the inadvertent overstatement in this Form 4 filing across applicable accounts.
