ELQ Investors VIII Limited is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of the Goldman Sachs Group Inc., and as a result the Goldman Sachs Group Inc. may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares held by ELQ Investors VIII Limited. In addition, the Goldman Sachs Group Inc. may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of 51.71 Ordinary Shares underlying American Depositary Receipts held in a trading account of a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of the Goldman Sachs Group Inc. The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is a publicly traded company.
