Akouos, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on June 24, 2021. The following is a summary of matters voted on at the Annual Meeting.

Parmar, Emmanuel Simons, and Chris Smith to serve as Class I directors until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
