Shares Held by the Selling Shareholder Following Closing: | Following completion of the Offering and assuming completion of the Wharf royalty transaction described in the prospectus supplement, the Selling Shareholder is expected to hold 2,419,756 Shares of the Company, representing approximately 6.72% of the issued and outstanding Shares, before giving effect to any exercise of the Over-Allotment Option, or 2,059,756 Shares, representing approximately 5.72% of the issued and outstanding Shares, if the Over-Allotment Option is exercised in full. |
