Announcement of the submission of an Investigational New Drug Application to the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration for TLC19 for the treatment of COVID-19

On August 14, 2020, Taiwan Liposome Company, Ltd. issued a press release announcing the submission of an Investigational New Drug (IND) Application to the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) for TLC19 Hydroxychloroquine Liposome Inhalation Suspension for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
