| The securities are directly held by Cardboard Box LLC ("Cardboard Box"). CP7 Warming Bag, L.P. ("CP7 Warming Bag") serves as the majority member of Cardboard Box. CP7 Management, LLC ("CP7 Management") is the general partner of CP7 Warming Bag, and Scott Dahnke and J. Michael Chu are the managing members of CP7 Management.
