Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4 filed on December 6, 2022, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment to correct a typographical error that noted that 5,000 shares were sold on December 6, 2022 to reflect the correct number of shares sold on December 6, 2022, which was 2,800 shares and to also update the number of securities beneficially owned following such transaction accordingly.

2. This Form 4 filed by The John Rosatti Family Trust dated August 27, 2001, as amended ("The John Rosatti Family Trust"). Mr. Rosatti is the trustee of The John Rosatti Family Trust, and, in such capacity, exercises voting and investment power over any securities held for the account of The John Rosatti Family Trust.
