| THOMAS J. KEMLY Age: 60 | | | Biographical Information: Appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Bank on December 31, 2011. Mr. Kemly began his career with Columbia Bank on May 18, 1981 as a Management Trainee and held various positions in the accounting department. In 1984, he was promoted to Controller. Mr. Kemly was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 1992 and promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 1993. In 2001, he was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and later had his title changed to Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in 2002. Mr. Kemly was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2006 and subsequently promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Mr. Kemly holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Trenton State College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. | |
