Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 12, 2021, LiveVox Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2021. The press release and the earnings transcript from the Company’s earnings call are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this report, respectively.
