Your response to comment 28 that “[t]here are no circumstances in the normal course of business under which the Trust would deliver digital assets to its shareholders” appears to be inconsistent with your disclosure on page 41 that “[i]f information provided by a Shareholder proves incorrect, and, as a result, cryptocurrencies are not delivered to the Shareholder, the Trust will have no liability to the Shareholder for the Trust’s good faith reliance on such misinformation.” Please revise for clarity.
