The Special Meeting of PermRock Royalty Trust scheduled for April 5, 2022, has been adjourned, to permit the solicitation of additional proxies in favor of the proposals until Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., Central Time, at Shady Oaks Country Club, 320 Roaring Springs Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76114. This deadline is fast approaching and I am writing to remind you that it is extremely important for you to vote on the matters described in the proxy materials that were mailed to you on or about February 11, 2022.
We strongly encourage you to vote your units today. If sufficient units are not voted, we may not be able to hold the Special Meeting, so your vote is important no matter how many units you hold. Your response is encouraged to avoid additional time and expense.
Simmons Bank, the Trustee, recommends that you vote “FOR” the proposals outlined in the proxy material.
