On September 7, 2021, Talos Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a comprehensive update regarding the Bay Marchand response in the Gulf of Mexico. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
