CONTENTS
RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
On September 15, 2020, Safe-T Group Ltd. (the “Company”) held an Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). The notice of the Meeting and proxy statement for the Meeting (the “Proxy Statement”) were filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 99.1 to its Report on Form 6-K on August 11, 2020 and are incorporated herein by reference.
All of the proposals set forth in the Proxy Statement were approved at the Meeting.
Attached hereto (i) as Exhibit 99.1 is the Company’s Amended and Restated Compensation Policy, following its approval at the Meeting and (ii) as Exhibit 99.2 is the Company’s amended and restated articles of association reflecting the increase the Company’s authorized share capital, as approved at the Meeting.
