| 1. This amendment is being filed to correct an administrative error which resulted in the amount of shares withheld for the payment of taxes due upon vesting of the PSA being misreported. The number of shares beneficially owned following this transaction and each such subsequently reported transaction through the next three Form 4 filings were therefore also misreported. As of February 12, 2020, the reporting person directly holds 7,030 shares of common stock. |
