1. These transactions were effected by the Reporting Person pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on April 19, 2024.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $30.00 to $30.03, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. The shares underlying this option vest over four years with the first installment vested on November 9, 2023 and the remainder vesting in twelve quarterly installments thereafter, provided the reporting person continues to have a service relationship with the Issuer as of the applicable vesting date.
