Explanation of Responses:

1. The Canadian exercise price of C$3.85 was converted into U.S. dollars using an exchange rate of C$1.2753 = US$1.00.

2. The options were granted on 12/16/2020 and will vest 100% on the one year anniversary of the grant date (Dec 16, 2021) or immediately prior to the next AGM, whichever is sooner.

3. The options were granted on 12/16/2020 and will vest monthly as follows: 325 vest on 01/16/2021; and 305 vest on the 16th day of each of the following 35 months.
