Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Iradimed Corporation's common stock.

2. The reporting person received restricted stock units under Iradimed Corporation's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units vest in four equal annual installments beginning on August 19, 2020. Upon vesting, the reporting person will receive a number of shares of common stock equal to the number of restricted stock units that have vested.

3. This option was granted on 8/19/2019 and vests over four years in equal annual installments commencing on the first anniversary of the grant date.

4. This amendment is being filed to correct the vesting date in footnote 2.
