Resignation of Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Xin Wang has resigned as the Chief Marketing Officer of Uxin Limited (the “Company”), effective June 14, 2019, due to personal reasons. The Company is grateful to Ms. Wang for her valuable contributions over the past years.
