Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed on May 2, 2018, with respect to Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2018-C43. The purpose of this amendment is to file an executed version of the agreement filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Form 8-K. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the change described above.
