Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 17, 2018, the reporting person reported the withholding of 532 shares of common stock for taxes on May 15, 2018, based on a report from his broker. That broker's report was issued as a result of an administrative error, and no shares were withheld. On May 15, 2018, the reporting person beneficially owned 1,532 shares of common stock. As of the date of this amendment, following the previously reported director compensation grant on June 15, 2018, the reporting person beneficially owns 6,458 shares of common stock.
