Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 to Current Report on Form 8-K amends Item 9.01 of the Current Report on Form 8-K originally filed on July 5, 2023, to present certain unaudited pro forma financial information in connection with the general assignment by Romeo Power, Inc. on June 30, 2023 (the "Assignment").
