On September 20, 2022, Capital Southwest Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its dividend for the quarter ending December 31, 2022. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On September 20, 2022, the Company’s board of directors declared a regular dividend of $0.52 per share of common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2022. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2022.
