Basis of Presentation and Significant Accounting Policies [Text Block]	Note 2. The accompanying unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements (the “financial statements”) reflect the accounts of the Company. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America (“U.S. GAAP”) for interim financial information and pursuant to the rules and regulations of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for interim financial information.
