On August 12, 2019, Eidos Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release confirming that the Company received a proposal dated August 8, 2019 from BridgeBio Pharma, Inc., the parent entity of the Company’s majority stockholder (“BridgeBio”), to purchase all of the outstanding common stock of the Company not already owned by BridgeBio.
A copy of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
