Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares purchased pursuant to the EPAM Systems, Inc. 2021 Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the "ESPP"), for the ESPP purchase period of November 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022. In accordance with the ESPP, these shares were purchased at a price equal to 85% of the closing price of the issuer's common stock on April 29, 2022.

2. The number of shares in column 4 also includes a de minimus adjustment of 0.297 shares due to the rounding of fractional shares.
