On September 11, 2019, Legacy Reserves Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the voting record date and the record date for the previously announced rights offering pursuant to the Company’s plan of reorganization (the “Plan”) filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
