Explanation of Responses:

1. The Form 4 is being amended to include 66,577 shares acquired in a pro rata distribution by NETGEAR, Inc. ("NETGEAR") by means of a special stock dividend of shares of the Issuer's common stock. The shares were previously omitted from the Reporting Person's Form 4. On December 31, 2018, each NETGEAR shareholder received 1.980295 shares of the Issuer's common stock for every share of NETGEAR common stock held as of the record date of December 17, 2018, less any fractional share.
