1. The option was granted on August 22, 2019 and vests as follows: one-third on August 22, 2020, one-third on August 21, 2021, and one-third on August 22, 2022.

2. Converted from Canadian exercise price of C$0.80 using an exchange rate of C$1.2732 = US$1.00.

3. These holdings were previously reported on the Form 3 filed January 4, 2021. The sole purpose of this amended Form 3 is to replace the previously-filed Exhibit 24, Power of Attorney.
