1. The shares reported herein were granted on June 8, 2022, in the form of restricted stock units. The restricted stock units vest in four equal installments on June 30, 2022, September 30, 2022, December 31, 2022, and February 28, 2023.

2. On June 27, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly described the vesting of the restricted stock units reported therein. The footnote in this amended report reflects the correct vesting period.
