1. Transaction effected during an open trading window for employees and directors of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation ("Farmer Mac").

2. The price recorded in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares of Class C Non-Voting Common Stock were bought in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $124.6796 to $124.8294, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to Farmer Mac, any security holder of Farmer Mac, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information about the number of shares bought at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.

3. Includes 504 and 482 time-vested RSUs of Farmer Mac's Class C Non-Voting Common Stock that will vest on March 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024, respectively, if the Reporting Person remains a director of Farmer Mac on those dates.
