Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units awarded pursuant to the issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan that entitle the reporting person to receive one share of the issuer's common stock per restricted stock unit upon vesting. The restricted stock units vest 25% on the one year anniversary of June 24, 2024 and 6.25% per quarter over the following twelve quarters, subject to continued service through each applicable date.
