1. Represents restricted stock units of the Issuer, each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The units will vest in fifteen equal installments beginning on July 1, 2021.

2. Represents restricted stock units of the Issuer, each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The units will vest in two equal installments beginning December 4, 2021.
