Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 13, 2018, the Issuer and Yu Wu, an individual, entered into a Founder's Common Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the reporting person purchased 46,000,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock (the "Shares"). On January 15, 2019, the reporting person sold the Shares to Fei Hao of Linkcity Real Estate Management Co., LTD.
