On February 14, 2020, MMtec, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of its shareholders at 9 a.m. local China time in Beijing, China. At the close of business on December 31, 2019, the record date to vote at the meeting, there were 20,070,000 shares issued and outstanding.
