Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares were omitted from the reporting persons' original Form 3, and also were omitted from the subsequent Forms 4 filed by the reporting persons after their original Form 3 was filed. The shares are held by the Max L. Fuller 2008 Irrevocable Trust FBO William E. Fuller, over which Ms. Janice Fuller and her son, Mr. Eric Fuller, are the co-trustees and have shared dispositive power and Mr. Eric Fuller has sole voting power. The remaining holdings of the reporting persons as reported in the original Form 3 were correct.
