(the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (2) to this Form 4.

3. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $243.04 to $244.01, inclusive. 7. The information in this report is based on a plan statement dated as of June 30, 2020.

On July 27, 2018, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 17,468 shares of common stock, subject to time-based vesting. 4,367 of the options vested on each of July 27, 2019 and July 27, 2020, and the remaining 8,734 options vest ratably on each of July 27, 2021 and July 27, 2022, provided that the reporting person remains continuously employed by the Issuer on each such date, subject to pro-rated vesting provisions as provided in the award agreement for the stock options.
