Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 1, 2021, Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the consummation of its previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding equity interests in SerEnergy A/S, a Danish stock corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of F.E.R. fischer Edelstahlrohre GmbH, a limited liability company incorporated under the Laws of Germany (the “Seller”) and fischer eco solutions GmbH, a German limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Seller, together with certain outstanding shareholder loan receivables. A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
